 Dr. Fadi E. Saba, MD 

Dr. Saba is board-certified in Internal Medicine. He has been conducting clinical research for over ten years during which he has been involved with over 30 trials as the Principal Investigator. His experience includes cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome, dyslipidemia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, and pain management among many others. Dr. Saba completed his medical degree at the American School of Beirut in Lebanon. He then went on to complete his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, a Johns Hopkins affiliate. Dr. Saba later went on to found Professional Heath Care of Pinellas in 1997. 

 Angela Green (Terrie), APRN  

Compassionate, reliable, board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, with 6 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in the hospital setting and with 20 years of nursing experience including 9 years as a

registered nurse. Desire to utilize advanced knowledge and skills through practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I offer experience in: Primary Care/ Internal Medicine, emergency care, medical surgical, post-operative care, OBGYN, sports medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, family medicine, wound care, infection control, sexual abuse and psychiatric nursing. Experience with Clinical Research as the Sub- Investigator with just under a year of experience in co-managing Phase I clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, including Hepatic, ESRD, Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Healthy elderly, Renal

disease and Chronic pain.

 Melissa Suarez, MD, CCRP  

 Melissa has more than 17 years of experience in the healthcare field, including practice as a physician licensed in Colombia. Experienced Professional Quality Auditor with a strong background in clinical research and healthcare quality management. Over 6 years of experience in clinical research across the United States and Colombia, serving as Principal Investigator (PI), Clinical Research Rater, Clinical Research Lead, and Clinical Research Coordinator. Demonstrated ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with patients, investigators, and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) from diverse international sponsors. Proven expertise as a medical auditor and quality director, with a solid track record in regulatory compliance, research quality, and healthcare management. 

 Sheila Bracey, MA, CRC 

 Dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator with 

more than 7 years of experience in late phase Clinical trials. Skilled in regulatory 

documentation, patient recruitment, data management, and ensuring compliance with FDA 

and IRB guidelines. Strong background in nursing and clinical care, with a passion for 

advancing medical research. In the medical field for more than 34 years. Expertise in 

regulatory (IRB) compliance, GCP. Prioritizing patient safety and data integrity.
